Main line stoppage. Found a lot of debris in sewer line with camera, recorded before and after -. Cleanout A to B holds water after clearing stoppage - ran camera thru. Repaired sewer - found 30' problems with repaired sewer at this time. Found 2 grease traps that need service also. 2- total 1 GT + MH Pull and run video inspection of sewer line from toilet in women's bathroom.Run jetter to clean out debris from main sewer line and rerun video inspection with camera to verify what the problem is. Recommend vacuum truck to pump paint pit grease trap and manhole. With continued jetting second camera shot verify cost. Recommend pumping 2 grease traps.

Two bath backup in main line. No roof vent to access. Will have to pull toilet in men's room. Cabled approx. 25' to blockage. Pull reset toilet, 1 new wax ring. Flushed multiple times. Video inspected main line - all clear, no bellies in branch line I inspected. 1 min combo section under slab. 4 tie ins my be where blockage was. Leak @ toilet. Replaced supply line to toilet in main bath.

Toilet not flushing good - needs new fill valve. Manager smells bad odor coming from bathroom sink area in backroom, also suspects plumbing problem causing tiles to break in store. Tale out bad fill valve - install new premium flush valve with new gasket. Call leak detection specialist to check for odors, and broken pipes. Need to rule out drainage leaks. Drains need leak detection to perform smoke test, and other test to determine if there is a drainage gas leak, and to see if drainage is affecting foundation of store. Sloan valve running with urinal stoppage. Replaced 3 sloan urinal flush valves and cleared blockage. Also repair delta faucet Kitchen sink stoppage Took apart p-trap. Ran cable thru stoppage. Stoppage was in waste arm before turning into vent stack drain.

Sewer backup. Cabled sanitary with 300 machine to city main approx. 70'. Ran camera - found 5' root obstruction of 50' to 55' and at kitchen waste tie in. Est. to excavate approx. 55' of sanitary , install sch 40 PVC with cleanout. backfill to rough grade. Master bath lav. sink p-trap is leaking. Installed new washers for galv. p-trap, re-installed p-trap. Replaced approx. 60 ft. of 1 1/4" galv. gas line with black iron pipe. Replaced fill valve on toilet. Installed new braided supply and flapper.

Pulled toilet in bath room, not holding water, ran water and did not back up. ran camera 10' found belly approx. 12' down from toilet. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jetted floor drain in dish area, grill area, and center prep area. Severe grease build up behind dishwasher and center drain. ten drain in total. Kitchen sink stop up Removed trap - cabled 3 times to clear blockage. Pulled back rhine on cable.

toilet supply line leaking. Rebuilt toilet with fill valve and installed a supply line. toilet clogged Ran 6' auger thru bowl several times- unsuccessful. Pull and reset toilet. Ran camera thru main line - pushed a shampoo cap to manhole about 80' away. Cut out old 1" backflow preventer & install new one. Install four 1" 90% elbow, one 1" tee, and ball valve.

Have backflow re-inspected by county. Fix 1/2" irrigation line in front of building. loose toilet, needs wax rings, bolts, drain, seats installed. Reset toilet upstairs. Replaced toilet seat - customer supplied. Need splash guard for shower (need to order) Customer to call me back when she is back in town to fix shower splash guard. Reconnection after dry-out of plumbing - not repair.

Installed customer supplied sink and faucet with new angle stops. Installed new ice maker line 1/4 inch copper from new angle stop to fridge. Installed 2 PVC hard pipe (rigid) p-traps under kitchen two part sink with quick disconnects. Cut holes for ice maker line. Sealed down kitchen sink with high strength silicone. Installed customer's dishwasher with drain to new garbage disposal.

Hot water not coming out of shower head or faucet. Took out bad cartridge for Moen tub/ shower faucet valve. One rubber side came loose. Installed new Moen tub/ shower faucet valve cartridge. Septic Pump Out. Pump out and clean 2500 gal septic tank. Extra digging due to 4' depth of tank - 2 hrs 4/9 1 hr 4/10 Due to amount of solids in septic tank, recommended to pump and clean dosing tank. Due to 5 depth of dosing tank, will cost extra to dig. Proposed work: Dig up pump tank, clean out tank. Add 2 risers & lid. Main line back up

Cable main line from main bath closet flange and camera line. Pulled paper towels and feminine products. Found pipe holding water back pitch approx. 16' from closet flange.

Blockage main line. Sudden and unexpected backups due to separated collapsed backed pitch sewer line. Pull toilet 75 ft from 1st floor water closet and video camera line, clear and clean stoppage to re-inspect line and video jetting included. After 3000 psi jetting, 2nd camera shot shows at county tap, city side. Needs repair. and 12 ft of back pitched pipe and may need repair or annual jetting service with power assisted toilet. Pull toilet, camera, and cable line through closet flange.

Cabled drain through sloan and pipe for washing machine. Installed clean out on sloan pipe. Took apart lint trap and cleared all dog hair from the line. Cabled drain inside of the cabinet through the cleanout.

Jackhammer 1' x 1' section around flange. Cut 3" cast iron, bend and replace with new flange. De-scale main sewer line with cutter and jetter - concrete section of floor. Reset water closet. Replace emergency shut off valve. Remove water closet. Cable line. Televise 4" sanitary line - electronic locate of 4" line. Service charge. Cut out section of drywall to locate leak.

Toilet stoppage. Cleared stoppage with hand auger. Main line stopped. Cabled upstream from clean out in garage. Cleared at approx. 40-30'. Ran camera thru main sewer line. Has major grease buildup- will need jetting asap to prevent further backups. Major jetting sewer restoration Leaking shower valve.

Replace shower valve. Valve was stripped and not repairable. Replace with new crane two handle valve. Broke out tile to install. No new pipe needed. Mounted to existing copper. Install new shower pan and 2 story drain. Customer will remove old tile and reinstall new tile. Install new waste arm and hot/ cold supply in existing plumbing in com. bath opposite wall of existing lav sink. Install new trap and waste arm for tub in com. bath. Re-hang kitchen line and replace vent and vent el in com. bath. Install shower pan next week. Change out plastic gasket under master bath lav. Look at shower handles. Water on floor by toilet. Tighten toilet tank bolts and closet bolts. Look at master bath toilet and lavs. Clogged women's room toilet left side. Auger toilet 6' and pulled putty-like deposit.

Recommend pressure assisted toilet installed. Leak in m/b by counter for lav. Recommend a re-pipe. Ran sinks, toilets, and tub. Found no leaks. Also did a leak detection. Found a small leak on cold side of lav. Installed a new lav line. Set two lav pedestal sinks with PVC traps 1 pop up. Caulked around sinks. Everything customer supplied. Installed new 1/3 horsepower sump pump.

Tub shower valve. Replaced hot side stem and seat asay on tub, shower. Necessary to cut and extract broken stem. Water leak Leak detection - 2 techs, nitrogen fill lines with ultrasonic leak detector. Repaired 1/2 copper line in wall of master bathroom behind partition between toilet and vanity. Toilet stoppage. Hand augered stoppage in toilet. Toilet needs new fill valve tank to bowl kit. Kitchen sink stoppage.Un-jammed and reset garbage disposal -- cleared stoppage.

Request to install customer furnished shower valve and lav faucet. Recommend re-piping copper with CPVC. Installing a Delta single handle valve (shower valve). Installing customer furnished Delta single lav faucet. Toilet clogged (toy car thrown in). Ran 6' auger thru bowl, cleared stoppage. Flushed 5 times with tp. Flushed well. Toilet running. Replace fill valve in employee toilet left stall. Toilet was running and ball arm was broken. Repair 1" PVC water line.

Change rubber seals on shower valve and open cold side. Looked at Jacuzzi tub. Back up.

Cabled thru closet. Ran camera - found heavy roots first 5'. Ran cable numerous times thru problem area. Ran camera again - cleared roots from sewer. Reset toilet. Root obstruction coming from wye fitting - could not get camera into wye. Sewer line located by maintenance found to have no cleanout for building.

Cut out 1/2" section of 4" cast iron drainline and install new PVC 4" sch 40 DWV 2 way cleanout with plug above grade to access sewer line. Cable drainline to clear stoppage with general speed rooter 91 7/8" cable machine through outside cleanout. Backfill and foundate new access point.

Emergency sewer replacement. Demolition of concrete sidewalk to expose working area. Hand dig trench to avoid underground utilities approx. 4 1/2' deep. Remove approx. 50' of compromised 4" sewer and dipose at proper disposal facilities. Replace/ reinstall new PVC sch 40 4" DWV sewer mainline between 2 buildings, including tie ins and 2 new cleanout risers with clean out access plugs. Foundate sewer and back fill trench. Relay concrete concrete sidewalk an finish. Final site cleanup of busted concrete and work debris. Price includes initial jetting of buildings 10, 2, and 4 and final flush of lines, all man hours and materials. Water leaking on 1/2" copper 90 degree elbow. Called out leak detection, and dry-out service.

1. Pulled up floor boards around vanity to unlock vanity. 2. Loosened vanity secure screws and pulled vanity out of way. 3. Cut access in dry wall to expose access to leak. 4. Repaired 1/2" copper leak with new pipe and fittings. 5. Reset vanity and fastened to wall with secure screws. 6. Pulled toilet to expose floor boards installed under toilets. 7. Cleaned up trash around work site.

Repair Delta faucet at shower valve. Replaced springs, gaskets, and steel ball for shower valve master bath. Water main to house britell and broke - needs replacing. Cut out 3/4 ball valve and replace. Replace 3/4 x 1/2 tee. Water service broken at male adaptor. Replace water service to house. New 1" CPVC 90% + male adaptor. 1 new 1" gate valve.
